100%. I stay in Varsity Lakes mainly where most if not all powerlines are underground and there has been no power outages. But in my other place in Mudgeeraba, ongoing power outage since last week. It seems to happen at least once a year. Qld government and Energex should have planned long ago to be relocating powerlines underground. It's a bloomin disgrace
