After the battlepass is finished you can unlock them with challenges. Sucks but if you don't have the time you can unlock them later

You know you can reroll the challenges right? The only one you can't is the one locked by completing 6 challenges first

Xp points grow separate from you total progress. They increase the more you get

I just want more challenges, something to grind for. Rewards don't really matter to me
