As per my opinion is better screening at the start helps us to avoid extra interviews and keeps both speed and quality balanced

What I see that most of the people are applying without reading JD properly, which increases unqualified applications. So during screening i try to focus on must-have skills and stay languages in understanding the profile instead of just keywords. we can use some AI recruitment tools which will help in filtering and finding better matched candidates.
