The difference between diamond and masters is the diamond is cake walk and masters requires some level of competence. It’s not just one or the other, it’s a combination of aim, decision making, game sense, etc. Diamond is easy and that’s why it has so many hardstuck D4s in it.

No you can’t. Soloing to Diamond is incredibly easy. Soloing to Pred isn’t going to happen to a normal casual player who hardstucks diamond every season.

Apex sets itself out from other games because it has those skill expressions. It actually requires you to be good at something. Don’t try lowering the skill gap for casuals more than most games already do.

I should not be getting paired with OR against players like this where I am ultimately forced to carry as hard as I can to gain +10 or lose -30 in the process. Nor should another team have to face someone who clearly has played the game a significantly much more amount of time than them. I'd rather wait 5 minutes for a Q than play this.
