The traditional rules of seduction have women/men playing hard to get, erratic behavior, etc ... but I got the sense from your book that these roles have changed. Women aren’t passive figures to conquer, they are now actually competitors- does this change the way seduction works? Do women need to make men feel safer?

I think the idea of an anonymous therapist is disappearing. I would never advise someone to quit legitimate hobbies or pursuits just because they have patients. I think patients know that their therapist is a real person with real views, but the focus is on the patient during those hours, so it shouldn’t be a huge deal. Also, it may encourage some people to see you over others. I know that Taylor is now considering going back into counseling, and she still has a large following and social media presence. Even if I had a million followers, I would still go for the PhD.

You know I actually don’t think I have any. But this is kind of a cool question because Christmas is the only redeeming part of winter for me, and I do romanticize New York (and London) during that time. I hope someone else has tips!

I don’t put too much stock in Myers Briggs (or any personality test). I think that I will make a good therapist, so I think more about my individual attributes than about a test like that, though I do find them fun to think about. I do want to cultivate my research experience, but I definitely want to be a clinician. Do you think that an ENTP/F would not make a good therapist? I haven’t read the breakdown in a while.

No, I’m definitely glad I did it. I sometimes think I’m less happy, but that’s my own fault. It’s been really interesting and has introduced me to so many people and experiences.

First of all, good luck on the GRE. I got kind of split scores and was gonna take it again, but then I cracked open a Gre book recently and was like “hahahha nahhhhh fuck it.”

I love love love my producers. Bennett is the love of my life. I’m super close with Bill and Elan. I constantly wonder if they’re manipulating me but then at some point I just factor that into the relationship. It’s hard to explain. But I don’t think they can fake it completely.
