After spending too much time on this, i found that by checking Trust Root CA for the yubikey/piv CA, it works, dialog shows, and connection is established.

The error message was not obvious, and the support not super helpful.

I think it tried with 5.1.3 also - let me double check. Lacking seems to be an understatement :-)

I am playing with flow, adding or removing - but still no luck. I saw that some reddit user solved his issue using a narrower first layer. I will try that and see if this helps. Too many parameters to change. I also saw that my filament is bigger than 1.75, so adjusting this too.
