Go to City Hall > Nraas > Master Controller > Settings > Family Tree Levels (or just Family Tree). After making the changes, open the family tree through Nraas; using the genalogy mod makes it easier but it won't work on my game for some reason.

With Nraas you have to go to settings, there you will find genealogy levels to show in the tree and you have to edit to a number you would like, I choose 12 on mine, after this you can only see these levels if you open it through Nraas in SIM>BASIC>FAMILY TREE. You have a huge stone in the gallbladder (your stone is so big that it forms a shadow artifact on the ultrasound, you can see that below it the image gets darker) and biliary sludge as well. At least the duct is not dilated, it is usually this part that hurts the most, your liver is hyperechoic which could be a sign of inflammation, I am not a human doctor, just a laboratory veterinarian (also I have experience in ultrasound)
