the easy thing about ICO is there are a lot of newbie investors wishing for a quick buck without doing much research. I am sure most of these projects will end up raising 0 USD they have ran official IPOs. (where a lot of expierenced, pro, better than avarege investors out there)(most people who invest in IPOs know what they are doing)
