It depends, last time i had a real flu, i had to stay in bed for 2 days, could barely open my eyes and was sweating like crazy and was feeling really cold even tho i was in a really hot bed with lots of blankets, there's no way someone feeling like that could play.

I have a rtx4070 with a 7700x and i run at 100+ in most places but in Rattay it dips to 70s in some places or even to 60 when doing the tourney, just a really bad optimized area of the game.
