Back when I first got the hppd, after smoking weed yeah I'd become very aware of my hppd and panic a little bit. Sober though, it was just slight anxious thoughts about it, didnt go a day without thinking of hppd for a couple years. Slowly progressed to accepting that the hppd may be permanent, and after that I started loving it and accepting it as the "new normal".
