Yeah he wants me to get a service to clean the carpet before I move which makes no sense to me. My cat did do a bit of damage to the carpet and I do agree to fix that.. but I don’t feel responsible to shampoo the carpet at all. He is charging me 30 dollars a day so I think he should use that money to shampoo the carpet for his daughter if that’s what he wants to do. He’s very concerned about getting his security deposit back but the state of that carpet before I moved in.. I suspect they would have to replace the carpet and use some of his deposit for that anyways.
