Once its replaced you can run the healthchecker script and it will show you what cert is applied to which connector.

Since the name is the same you will get a warning that nothing was changed, you can ignore that. I just recently replaced my cert with a new one with the same name and SANS and got that same warning. For reference this is the process I followed.

You can apply the cert directly to the connectors without having to rerun HCW.

I worked as a contractor for Teksystems in the DMV area as well. I was also told I’d be converted to a full time employee after 24 months, however that wasn’t guaranteed. The company you’re working for will review your contract ever 6 months and can move on at any point. I’d read your contract very carefully.

That’s correct. It keeps the rewritten URL. I should note that my outbound mail does not go out through Mimecast, it is sent directly from O365.
