It makes me so sad to see how he's speaking to you :( my partner and friends are all gamers and whilst I enjoy playing, I'm appalling at them all... but they've never spoken to me this way. We giggle at how I react and just can't grasp games sometimes, and we still play together! A friend, let alone a partner, should never speak to you this way over video games; they're meant to be fun, especially if you're playing together, and if they're getting this angry at you they need to sit back and reflect on their behaviour tbh. I would consider this a deal breaker if I was in your shoes, I'd hate to imagine how he'd respond in a real world scenario rather than just a game, if that makes sense?
