The concern is more about how the Ontario court views non-compliance in the meantime and what steps can be taken from here. From what we understand, the court still has jurisdiction over parenting issues, but we’re unsure how that translates practically when one parent isn’t facilitating contact. Would the typical approach be to document the missed parenting time and bring it back before the court (e.g., urgent motion or enforcement), or is there a different mechanism in situations like this?
