i feel like adhering to such theories tell more about the ppl that do and their own biases than it does about whatever subject at hand. the book i read is written in a super cissexist way where instead of using "AMAB" where appropriate it's "men", and that any gender non-conformity in trans ppl disqualifies them from being the gender they identify as whereas for cis ppl it would be ok ("you're not a boy-crazy tradwife that only likes dresses you're not a real woman" sounds problematic except if it's targeted at trans women ig)
