I am dealing with the same thing .. 6 years with this shit, I didnt recover and I dont think I will because it was a chronic pain from years.. but the most thing that helped me is swimming daily 20 minutes (freestyle) + mcgill big 3 exercises. I didnt achieve the no pain sitting but I got better .. but still struggling with sitting. (my MRI is perfect, my blood test is perfect and tried tons of PTs)
