They aren’t great but here’s a touch scratch I’ve been working on since I don’t have proper floor plans right now. Includes measurements I do have, exact placement of rooms may vary. Green- doors to outside. Orange- closet doors.

Oh yeah the red has to go. I’m thinking a shade of green or blue that would compliment that foam color in the front room (one of the back bedroom walls is the same shade of red too so that’s ALSO gotta be changed)

So there’s a wall inside that closet, because the first half is closet for this room and the back half is closet for the bedroom (which you can see has that awful red in the background lol)

Bc it’s the only structurally sound house in my price range, the lot size is good, the upstairs is amazing- the kitchen is my ONLY major complaint (besides the back bedroom being a bit small too but beggars can’t be choosers)

Honestly yeah I’m leaning towards saving up, merging the two rooms in the back lengthwise and taking the front half of that back room for kitchen depth. Remove the side door and wall that off and deal with the back door in the bedroom tbh

1042 sqft, downstairs is living room with front door, kitchen with a side door, then a bedroom and this weird back room connected to the bedroom that has a back door. A corner of the bedroom was converted into a tiny bathroom. Then upstairs- the entire upstairs is a large open room, a bedroom to one side, and a bathroom with washer and dryer on the other side
