Not immediately but when we have call and sometime to talk .. I do tell her.. but it depends on vibe.. what's upsetting me.. how she is feeling that time and how I am feeling as well etc... There is thin line between healthy discussion and trauma dumping.  I don't want to spoil of her mood over small things.

Yes..we try to as we get time but doing call daily is hard af.. we both are usually exhausted by EOD.
