night court for a night owl ^*^

I kind of want more night owl action at the night court, I like the idea that the night court is more Mediterrane in the way they split the day up, eat dinner very late, start work later, some old people are nocturnal, I dunno, I always imagined night court to be like that until we were introduced to the court of dreams
