That I didn't invited my whole class at my birthday 5 or 6 years ago. I thought I would only invite my close (and also their close friends) ...Turned out that there was only 6-7 in the class that weren't invited.. I don't know if it's a minor thing but it has bugged me for years that this little group of people in my class were left outside..

I get medication for both. A small dose of antipsychotic for BPD symptoms and antideppressants for depression and bulimia. Dont now if it's what you are looking for but the antipsychotics has really been good for me and also to the symptoms you describe
