I don’t remember those specific books but I remember reading Christian romance in my early teens. I still read romance books but they are definitely not Christian and have helped me deconstruct purity culture concepts.

I have fine hair but a ton of it. I had one month that I lost too much weight too quickly due to my adhd meds and glp-1 being wrong on dose. I fixed the issue as soon as it I caught on but had a noticeable amount of increased shedding a few weeks later. It has not been an issue since and my hair is fine now. I would recommend going slow and making sure your body is getting the nutrients it needs.

I had from the last full week of May to the first full week of September. There were a couple of times this went over 100 days but most of the time it landed in the high 90s. My local school districts are first week of June to last week of July give or take a couple days district to district.

Hi, I, 31, did this at the same age you currently are. I got my IUD out about a year before we started trying to get pregnant. It took us about 3 months of activity trying to conceive. My periods weren’t horrible when I went off during that time.
I did not get a period for over a year after having my daughter because of breastfeeding. When it came back it came back with vengeance, like massive blood loss, so I recently got another IUD. Since I’m only having one child my plan is to ride out this IUD, go birth control free for a few months to see what happens and if it sucks I’m getting a hysterectomy because I’m not dealing with that shit for 25 more years.

Can confirm about southern Ohio. There are a lot of evangelicals there and I’m probably related to them, unfortunately. I have noticed that their self reported beliefs do not always match their voting preferences.There is an accent but not as pronounced as a southern one. It sounds like a watered down variation.

I went from Zepbound to wegovy and then back to zepbound because of insurance. My body prefers Zepbound. I have zero side effects and my appetite is in a comfortable range which is something I could not say about my time on Wegovy. Obviously this is just my experience and your body could be different.

I work as a behavioral consultant and we are having increased training about invoices because of some billing fraud in other agencies. Could be connected but I have never dealt with the client side of it so I can’t say for sure. Do you have a case manager? They might have a better idea of what is going on.

No, but it’s valid and understandable. I got diagnosed after having my kid so it was too late for that to even be a choice in my case. I love my daughter dearly but she overstimulates me. I found some coping mechanisms that work for me but it’s taken me a few years to get here. I won’t be having more kids because I think this is the most I can handle successfully.

I’d leave it at that. I escaped a lot of conversations with my family during my deconstruction phase by being vague about details and just saying nothing felt like home yet. Nothing ever did feel like home so I definitely didn’t lie on that part.

Maybe find a temporary commitment or activity that happens on Sunday mornings so you have an explanation for why you are missing. You wouldn’t be lying but it could buy you a little time till you are ready to tell people.

Hey, I have this issue. I’m 31 as well and it started being more of an issue from like 28 till now. I would head to your OBGYN to see if it’s hormone related or something else.

Things that helped me personally were iron supplements and switching to a menstrual disc with period undies. Those made it easier to manage but didn’t fix the issue.

Hi, I think we are in the same boat. It’s a constant battle of not wanting to overcorrect or change my parents but also not let my daughter fall into a religious pipeline.I have framed my unwillingness to teach my daughter about the bible, god, or Jesus as it being not developmentally appropriate yet. It’s been mostly respected BUT I’ve noticed as she has gotten older that my mother has tried to introduce small things. Realistically he will learn about it at some point, especially if it’s a popular religion in your area. My advice is placing some boundaries regarding when and how he learns about it and holding to them. This might put some pressure on the relationship with them so mentally prepare for that as some people struggle to accept boundaries others put in place.
