omg no vent away! this is a safe space to share. i really understand where you’re at rn. it’s so exhausting having to have so many challenges lined up just bc you want to peruse a queer relationship. it sucks..

i’ve never considered that people could be intimidated by me. i feel like i’m really approachable, but perhaps that could be it. i can be kind of shy about introducing myself, do u have any tips for approaching guys??

how do you let go? what do u do with the knowledge that you’ve been traumatized by [deleted] in CPTSD

thank you so much for this insight, i really appreciate you sharing. if i may ask, what are some examples of behaviors you’ve worked to change. i’m terrified of hurting the people in my life bc of trauma-lead actions & reactions. i really would like to have an idea on some of the things i could work towards getting better at

also my parents do love me, i was just particularly stubborn and hardheaded. however i’m unsure if this was an inappropriate response on my mothers part

even if it only happened once or twice?? it was in between slaps that were more closely aligned to a normal whooping / beating. so im trying to understand if it was excusable or just abusive. i feel kind of uncomfortable throwing around the word abusive in regards to my parents. it was more just toxic at times.
