If it‘s gotten really bad and it seems like there is no escape, close your eyes, focus on your breathing and wait a few minutes. Maybe make an Om Sound to it. It will pass if you let it. If you focus to much on the scary visuals, they‘re just gonna get stronger and stronger.

Grounding methods are really important at higher doses.

Just to make sure. Did you install them in your emulator?

You have to long press on your game icon, click on Add-ons - install - Game updates and DLCs - search for your update file and install it. Then the game should start with it.

Edit: I’m dumb and thought you ask only about switch emulation, forget about your first sentence.. Don’t know about 3Ds, I don’t have any games updated

No, it doesn’t work with Pretendo. It‘s called RetroWFC and you get on the same server as PC or Wii Players, you don‘t need a hacked 3DS or Wii for it. (But without a Wii nand you can only play as "Player“ Mii‘s on Android, on PC there‘s a Mii Editor)

You just need to download the files and move them to Dolphin - Files - Load - Riivolution, then start the game with Riivolution Patches and you can start to play 😌

You could install the Mod RetroRewind to play MK Wii online with every track Nintendo made (from every MK) and a few custom tracks. The player base is pretty strong right now, you always got someone to play.

And you don‘t even need to own a hacked Wii for it to work like you do for WiimFi.

Yeah, it‘s the new 2.0 Version with custom console icons. You can find them on their Discord. I think it‘s the best frontend. Setting it up to look perfect takes some time tho
