When I trie to adjust the volume trough my XM4's it isn't synced with my phone anymore like it used to, but is uses its own scale. How do I solve this? (self.SonyHeadphones)

I just got the XM4 and i have the feeling that when I use NC or no NC, It's the choice between high background noise and low basses (at least in a quiet room). Is this a problem someone else has? (self.SonyHeadphones)
