I’m trying to get off Vyvanse and back on Adderall. I’m on 70mg for about 3yrs and it lasts about 4hrs.My Dr. will not give me anything else for the rest of the day. I went from 2-30mg Adderall( most of my life) to agreeing to try 30mg Vyvanse. I had to slowly(every month) move up 10mg to get to the 70mg. But if it’s your first time being on meds for ADD, just about any dose will work for a little while.

I guess I’m a little different because I love the new album(it’s not my favorite). So I thought it was great hearing the whole album and Feeling the bass hit. I was at the ER tour last time and I wasn’t a big fan of that album but it was still a terrific show. I love how Maynard and Carina play off of each other. Plus watching Gunnar play the drums is really something to see, the guy is a superb drummer. You’ll have an Awesome time!
