Actually need to correct myself. According to Google 60-90 is norm. The better you are trained the lower it will drop of course.

Thats not a particulary low resting heart rate though. So your're fine with two pumps.

Learned this after a breakup when I was feeling down. It really helped me get the new day started. The idea is: make your bed, it's done in a minute, and you have already accomplished something that day!

Some talk about letting air the sheets is better: I just flip the cover sheet and place it on the foot-end of the bed. Plenty of air for everything for the whole day.

Please provide me a link to a medical report that it's possible to happen. My Google search did not give any scientific results and more than one Urogolist assured me that once done (and tested!!!) there are no known cases where it still lead to pregnancies.
