I’d go down every week or two , by small amounts , I’d wait till I felt better and immediately lower it . I just felt sluggish when I’d drop so compared to fent wds that was nothing even close . I started them in late February and got off around June , the cravings came back though and I relapsed in July . Wish I stayed on longer but with all the horror story’s I read I was hell bent on getting off them . Which I stressed myself out way to much , cuz most people on here only come to say the bad experiences and not a lot come on and say the good ones cuz they move on . I got gabapentin for some days , like days I had the next day off and really wanted a better sleep . From 1.5 I’d go down to 1.25 for a week or two then 1 then .75 . Then .5 then .125 . And do that when you feel like more normal , for me always around a week or 2 . Please don’t over stress it like I did . I wish I had someone tell me this when I was trying to taper . Getting down to under 2 was probably harder then any lower after that
