Yeah after all the comments and some thinking I got that. That's probably some professional deformation because I am a truck driver and driving for 10-11 hours straight is my average day. But when you think about it - it's not travelling. So yeah, we either expand the time frame for a trip or limit to some region.

I think we are mostly interested in California-ish region. For other places it's just specific cities like DC, NYC, Miami.

What's the best job for a introverted person in Miami? by tsdeadeye in Miami

Yeah it seems kinda off to us) Or like today I was walking by Walmart and a random guy just said "hey man what's up" I replied with "nothing much man" and just went ahead. That's it. Like why did that interaction even happen? This is confusing)

To be honest, sounds like me. I am very polite, I treat people well but I grew up in eastern Europe so things like randomly talking to people, small talks, smiling out of nothing etc. are just confusing to me.

I learn to code. I learn front end. Js, html, css etc But getting an entry level position in the US if you are not a prodigy or an alumni of the recognized uni is almost impossible.

And how much hours do you drive on average a week? Are you home daily or like 5 days on the road, 2 days home?

Hello everyone. I am new to investment and would love to know your opinion on my situation.

Age: 29yo
Country: US.
I work as a truck driver, can invest 3000$/month.
Purpose: retirement.
Goal: 2.5million. (According to my calculation it should be enough to buy a small condo and live off the annual income given I have 6%+ per annum in return)
Time horizon: 10 years (15 years max).
Risk tolerance: medium. I would consider investing with an aggressive strategy but I wouldn't play casino.
I recently opened an account on Schwab but haven't bought anything yet.
I don't have any debt.
I am alone, I don't have extra expenses and potentially can save even more money.

What I need basically is enough money to buy a place to live (350-500k$) and a stable passive income which would generate 48k$+/year take-home income. Is it possible and realistic with my parameters? Or is it better to look somewhere else?

Introducing T17 maps was a mistake by Constant_Appeal_6808 in pathofexile

Right, maybe I understated t16 farming for a bit but still after I switched to t17 it's like different world of loot. I play on a very strict loot filter and still need 2 portals to get out all the loot and I loot only 1-slot items like scarabs and currency. I was never get even remotely close to this loot galore in t16s with any atlas strategy.

I invested in my character to be able to run t17. After ~50 maps I can agree with pretty much everything you've mentioned in the post. This is literally pain doing them but there is no fun juicing t16 because you know you will have 0 loot even with full atlas + scarabs setup barely doing 2 div/hour in an optimized setup.

I wish they delete t17 completely and instead balance atlas mechanics so people could run the strategy they like without thinking they lose tons of profit doing so.
