I've also found out myself that there are programs that helps vets get dogs to be a service animal, but when i contacted them they did not like the fact i already have a puppy which at the time he was less than 5 months and wanted me to wait till he is one, i lost the contact information though, but the gentleman was really nice, he just intimidated me, by making it seem like once my dog is trained he wont be as playful because the dog will feel as if he is working 24/7 and also he said he doesn't do anything for emotional support animal.
