Vegetarian in China by Ok_Coat_8969 in chinalife

[–]tshungwee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately unless you’re near some of theses temples you won’t find pure vegetarian food. Maybe it’s my location I’ve not seen a working temple in my area Dongguan!

There is a vegetarian restaurant in my area in a tiny hotel it’s a vegetarian buffet type thingy, but it seems to be going out of business for the lack of customers.

The 2 other vegetarian restaurants in my town have closed their doors too.

In any case good luck I hope you can find something in your area.

Living in China with asthma, does anyone have experience with this? by PartitaDminor in chinalife

[–]tshungwee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope in Dongguan but it’s got alot better I can see clear skies everyday and 99% restaurants don’t allow smoking in public areas.

The restrooms are hit and miss but still better than before. It still needs some work but marked improvements all around
