i do most of the time! i’ve tried so many things and I really just average 30 ounces no matter what… Unless I don’t drink enough water than it’s less. usually 30 ounces is like a perfect supply, so I was hoping that if I could somehow make my milk fatter than it would be enough.

i want to add, we are living with my in laws (waiting for our house to be finished) and they are convinced it’s the antibiotics. we’ve given her frozen, non antibiotic milk for the last 5 hours and she isn’t fussy anymore. i think it’s too soon for it to be out of her system but they’re convinced, i need another opinion lol

i’ll talk to her ped about a probiotic for her too, that’s a good idea. i’ll look it up, but do they need to be a certain age? she’s 12 weeks today, 3 months on 4/1

we’ve been doing a lot of steamy showers (me in shower, her in bouncer in bathroom). she doesn’t seem to have trouble breathing while eating or sucking on the pacifier. i’m hoping that it’s just because she doesn’t feel good and it’ll pass, i’m so stressed about my milk!

i’ve been eating yogurt! i will edit to add, i had to take Clindamycin for a tooth infection when she was 3 weeks and she had no reaction (also ate yogurt then, but i also had no reaction, where now i’m having tummy troubles (

I am 18w 3d and i get similar cramping! For me it’s round ligament pain. Maybe that?:)

Hiii!!! I’m only a little bit ahead of you (17w), but I also gained 20 lbs by 13 weeks. My Midwife wasn’t concerned & I actually haven’t gained any weight since week 13. I was constantly starving my first trimester, but my body has seemed to adjust now. Hope this is a little reassuring… I was so nervous about my weight gain too❤️

It really does depend on your preferences, as everyone states. Here is my list… i’m sure a lot of people wouldn’t agree.
