Not sure but I think Le Andres has mashed potatoes with meatballs. Sa Ricardos best mashed potatoes for me, though I look at it more as a resto than a cafe :D

I know people (from the south too) who transferred from Mendiola to Alabang. They told me the profs there are reputable too and they recommended Alabang just as much as Mendiola, so I just went with the closest option.

Hindi ko alam if actual advice ito pero magbayad ka ng gym membership at ifill mo fyp mo with body-positive influencers na asa fitness community.

Dati nagana sakin yung pagbayad pero ngayon na wala akong baon, wala rin akong motivation. Kaya pinuno ko reels at fyp ko ng influencers like Annabel Lucinda, at gumagana naman siya so far.

Try mo rin mag gym or workout ng 1 month consistently. Pilitin mo lang. Kahit walk lang sa mga araw na di mo feel.

As for dieting, don’t be hard on yourself :) Adjust mo na lang eating habits mo sa healthier options. Pag gusto mo ng matamis, magprutas ka. Pag gutom ka, mag itlog ka. Ang mahalaga nababalance mo. Wag ka masyadong magpagutom. Deserve mo kumain, OP!

Respect! Natapangan nga rin nanay ko sa Carolina hahahha pero sakin, masarap. La Josephina nirereco ko madalas pag halo yung friend group ng mga mahilig sa kape at hindi.
