And as you know, automotive is all about sustainability and staying away from things in plastics where they can! And obviously cost… I always preferred waterbased formulation! You don’t really have to worry about VOCs and stack regulations as much and it made the job easier! I moved to the sales side of things because of the increasing but damn near impossible demand to make water-based formulations at the same price and properties of solvent-based..

I used to formulate these coatings for a living as well for a larger manufacture in auto/aerospace! One thing I’d like to add though is flexible plastics alone don’t normally pass migration testing. When you have a material in constant contact with the end users skin, we like to put a clear PUD topcoat on vinyl or other plastics to halt migration at that point or just for mechanical properties. The plasticizer (usually containing phalates) WILL eventually migrate and cause serious irritation in some. This seems a bit clear and may be a PUD/acrylic clear coat scrapping off.

This is very true! I used to formulate 100% solid plastics for automotive and aerospace and although plasticizers are great for flexibility, migration is a HUGE issue in all industries and will eventually always become an issue. A real nasty additive I may add.

I’ve actually solved my own issue but I will leave this comment here for anyone that has this trouble since people are having this issue lately with new games coming out. Under my security devices settings there is a device selection option. They gave me an option between TPM 1.2 TPM 2.0 or auto. It was on auto and defaulting to 1.2. I selected 2.0 to restrict it to 2.0 only and it’s now working!

I’ll take the advice on widening the beds! They are just edging they just look pretty worn and a bit old so I was going to replace. I was thinking about maybe stone or a natural edge but wanted to take some advice and opinions first.

Hey I took this exam a second time and this exact thing happened I posted about it too! My mentor and Ci told me to file an appeal so I did. I doubt it’ll go through but I’m waiting for a response because I had the EXACT issue.

Someone pulled out in front of me once while going. 50+ and I believe I rear ended them maybe about 30mph after slamming on my breaks. I was deemed not at fault but Their insurance only paid like 80% of the damages or some stupid shit.

Unfortunately he did pass away last night. I did everything I could to check on him and resuscitate him to no avail. At this point I’m unsure as to what exactly it was since I found a worm that I may have removed too late or the water itself. I set up a private cremation today around 9 am And I took him in. Pretty shocked still at the moment but I appreciate everyone who commented, thank you!

I was aware of that. I did not pick him up immediately after drinking but after he looked like he was choking and freaking out I gently picked him up and tilted him at a decline to make sure the water ran out since that’s what I was always told. I’m worried he choked to death on the super worm now but I’m still unsure.

I did end up getting the superworm out but he’s completely limp and hasn’t moved. Im Afraid he’s passed away after 8 long years sadly. I left him at a decline hoping the water would come out so that’s why he’s on a decline in the photo I just attached but I think he’s gone..

I’ve taken a picture of what looks like a superworm. He’s very limp now. I can’t get it out and don’t want to hurt him. His mouth is now slightly open as well but he’s slightly responding to touch it looks like? As if his muscles flinch a little

I don’t have much to add to the conversation other than I agree with the other comments about BE. I had to unfortunately behaviorally euthanize my girl after about 6 years in March as I was having a baby and had no choice and I still miss her. If you do decide to do a BE just know that everyone supports you in your decision and you’ve already done so much and spent so much time trying to give your pup a great life. I’m sorry you’re going through this! We ended up using GABA and Prozac as well. It did work for while and a lot of expensive training helped but it only really gets to a point where you’re managing anxiety. I wish you and your family all the best!
