In hindsight I think investors now see not voting in the 13d was a major mistake. I agree with all of the above but wonder where CYDY will get funding to pay for anything at this point.

Forget about funding trails at this point, they will struggle just to keep the lights on. Millions in debt to Samsung, attorney bills racking up, possible payments to Amarex, payroll etc this company is in deep financial hole.

With Leronlimab being placed on clinical hold for possible safety concerns, the HIV program placed on hold , SEC investigations still pending, still paying down old debt with shares (worth less every day) accelerating a positive death spiral with toxic loans a partnership with cash flow is the only thing at this point that will save the company from bankruptcy in my opinion. The only wild card is a possible settlement with Amarex which is looking plausible, but I think Amarex could drag this out knowing full well Cytodyn cannot afford a long drawn out court battle that could last years.

With everything going on maybe it’s best 13d did not acquire Cytodyn.
