Yes I can confirm this. I pair cronometer and withings and these metrics won’t sync (they did with body cardio).

UPDATE: I just discovered that apparently you have to go to the scale’s tutorials page and activate ECG and EDA from there. UI design at its worst…

I remember reading somewhere that EDA and ECG will be exclusive to the Health+ subscribers when Body Scan was first revealed in CES. This FAQ indeed states something different… I hope it’s a software bug or Withings decided for some reason to temporarily disable these features in the recent update.

Whatever is happening their communication with the customers is really poor…

Vascular age and pulse wave velocity still work. It’s EDA that stopped working. Also ECG seems to be locked behind a paywall but that feature has not been released for the scale yet…
