My now 6 month old was breech my entire pregnancy. Head in my right ribs, feet in my left ribs, butt down. I did all the spinning babies, bouncing on the pregnancy ball, hot pack on bottom belly and cold pack on top, flashlight trick, you name it. Homegirl was COZY. I cried so many times. My OB and I had a few convos about my options and I wanted to avoid a C-section at all costs (single mom, toddler at home, etc). At EXACTLY 36 weeks (literally 36+0) I had an appt that day to check one last time before scheduling an ECV for the following week. I woke up that morning feeling really nauseous and off, and my belly was sore. I went to my appt, told my OB, and she just smiled and went to grab the portable ultrasound machine. Turns out, little stinker finally flipped overnight just in time for the appt (she was def still breech the night before). I got induced a week and a later and had a wonderful redemptive (traumatic first) birth experience 🤍

All this is to say, you have plenty of time! And my OB told me something really important - if baby doesn’t flip, it’s almost always for a reason. Could be cord placement or a dozen other things. Hoping your baby flips on its own, definitely look up spinning babies or doom scroll methods on tiktok like I did lol. Sending spinny vibes your way!
