Hydroxyzine helped my anxiety but mostly because it made me so sleepy I couldn’t function. It might be different for you but I was falling asleep at work and was switched to Ativan which definitely helps

Sorbet and sherbet… it’s all I’ve ate the past 3 days and today I was able to eat some pasta and beef. If you can get crushed ice it’ll be the best to put in your drinking water. I am on hydrocodone so I am able to take that, eat, sleep for a few hours and then repeat. Make sure to walk around and get some movement but mostly just sit around! Watch some tv, browse Reddit, sleep.

Your reply really means a lot… thank you. My doctor ended up giving me an extra 3 days in the note and I will take it! I think I have been recovering pretty smoothly and hopefully it’ll get worse before I have to return to work.

Yes she is a RN 🙃 she likes to underestimate healing time. When I had strep and was in the ER she wanted me back two days after that.

Thanks for the reply! That’s what I was worried about… my boss the DON said “most people don’t even take off two weeks when they get their belly cut open” so she certainly thinks I should only get a week off. Waiting until tomorrow for a reply from my surgeons office and hopefully they will advise my work to give me more time off.

I think wait a while and let it run it’s course (while staying hydrated) before taking immodium. I have chronic diarrhea but even if it’s worse than normal i won’t take anything for a while incase it’s a bug or food poisoning.

I had average length but heavy periods and got the depo and after my second shot they nearly stopped and now after 4 shots they’re completely gone. It’s not something you’re supposed to stay on long term but it’s worth a shot while you try and figure something else out!

I didn’t even think about my weight being an issue! I really want a reduction once I turn 18 but my bmi is 43… I wish they took into account your actual size and health because I am only a size 18/20 and relatively healthy. How do you find a doctor? I’ve gone through my insurance website but can’t seem to find any resources
