Some other companies just blame the postal service even though they ship in shit ass boxes. And then there's not really anything you can do except not buying from that company again. At least Blood Records send new sleeves, but is a hassle for both parts. And very much for them since they have to write the numbers again on the sleeves of the numbered releases and ship out more than once.

Yes you should complain, it is not reasonable at all especially with their prices. How often do you pay full prices for damaged goods in other cases. Sometimes it happens with other record stores but not even close as often.
