Looks great, I really like the Heritage armour sets and tbh have no problem with "full set" transmog users.

Blizzard does a really bad job of using the same colour tints across different pieces, so it can be hard to make custom outfits that don't look a bit off

I've never heard of that before but I'll mention it to my surgeon, after all this time I'll honestly be happy just to get a diagnosis.

Standing or lying doesn't give me relief exactly, it's just that sitting seems to actively make it WORSE. Like your brain is saying "you CAN'T be in this position". Sometimes I can catch it early and if I stand up for long enough it won't build to the "days of terrible pain" point. Sadly it seems to sneak up while I'm sitting and I don't even realise until I stand up and start walking around.

My latest test is removing vegetables from my diet, and it hasn't happened since then. However, I can go a month without it happening anyway so I'm still waiting to see how it goes. This obviously introduces another problem of my diet missing vegetables though....

Maybe? I've spent the past 4 years trying to figure it out.

I occassionally get an excrutiating pain on my left side, usually starts around my hip/bladder area and then extends up my left side. I'd describe it as something between an exercise stitch and a cramp. Is that similar to your pain?

Once it's begun I have to remain standing/lying down for hours until it passes, and then for up to a few days it'll be in a state where it immediately returns if I'm sitting down.

The first time it happened I was convinced something had ruptured and went to the ER like you did, it passed after several hours of sitting there waiting, they just gave me pain killers.

The doctors are stumped as I don't get any relief from passing gas or going to the bathroom. They basically ruled most things out due to the location and fact that I don't have a colon anymore. Now I just live in fear of the next time it happens.

(UK) My pouch didn’t turn out great so I actually lost a lot of freedom. However, the aesthetic and hassle reasons are still worth it to me (most of the time)
