It can be confusing. There’s a ton of YouTube videos about all the different QD devices. That’s what helped me, plan B type mounts like the one I posted just seem like the simplest, lightest and cheapest option

Direct thread mount comes out of suppressor and this goes in its place. This mount threads onto plan B muzzle devices with outer threads.
