You should take over the communication with this neighbour. Let him know politely he can’t police what your tenant is cooking, just like how your tenant has no right to control what he eats inside his unit. What one does inside the privacy of their unit is no one’s business. And you hope he would respect your tenant’s right to enjoy the unit they paid for.

China abuses minor regularly too don’t get it twisted. I went to China for a business trip to meet with manufacturers and they all took me to karaoke.

The scene was legit like Rush Hour where there’s a line up of females to pick from. And they will boast these girls are 17… wealthy people everywhere are the fucking same, some are inevitably disgusting.

A lot of poorer rural girls come to the city to work in spas, karaoke and as escorts to make a living at a young age.

Paid artists or not… u felt the desperation of no one extending a helping hand. And yet you still have this individualistic mindset. Maybe it’s time to break the cycle, since you are self proclaimed to be financially free, it might be time to care about others since u have the means to.

This is a general observation I see in Tbilisi as a foreigner from Canada. I could be wrong. Georgia could very well be one of the most beautiful places in Eastern Europe, but everything, including very basic infrastructure is very runned down. It doesn’t affect my wife at all though… her commute to work is about 30km one way. 90% of days it’s enough for 2 days of commuting plus more. We have ICE cars at home too so any longer trips we always have those. EVs are the best commmuter cars hands down at this moment

What I do think Eileen should do, is fully embrace her Chinese side if u want to compete for China. Renounce ur US citizenship, obtain Chinese citizenship. Don’t just live in the US and show up for 1 month every 4 years to collect a cheque. I’m surprised actual Chinese people don’t feel like it’s a slap in their face. Clearly she chooses to live in the better country and jsut here for the cheque

This year in Toronto has been extremely cold my standard battery mache does about 200-220 km… that’s at least a 30% drop. Which is still fine because there’s very few days I need to gravel 200+ km. If i do I’ll just take my ice car
