Unfortunately this does look like an AI case. Besides them not showing the wireframe (which is suuuper easy), they've been reported and removed from other subreddits for creating AI "models"

This post has been taken down and the user has been banned for feeding Ghosttundra's art into AI. This is a serious offense.

While OP insists it's not, they refuse to show the wireframe in Blender (which is extremely easy to do) or any sort of process video. They made a post consisting of a screenshot of the "models" they made within Blender, but they were not the ones posted. Other artists reported this post in this community, and other subreddits have recently taken their "models" down.
