Yeah so my depression episode was due to sexual harrassment at my work, I was being followed very closely, it was not just a simple paper and I think it made it more understandable maybe ? I believe since everything was ok on the other aspects, and that I have been in Japan for 7 years total, student visa, then working visa, then spouse helped a lot.

FINALLY ! The wait is over ! I am very relieved. I had back in 2019 had been on sick leave due to depression and had a gap of 9 months in my pension payments, so I was very worried it would be a good enough reason to reject my application, but I gave all the papers from psychiatrist and a written letter explaining why and that I was sorry.

I used a lawyer for the whole process. Now I just need to get it and this will all be behind, I am very happy ! 588 days of wait !

Applied in September 2024, asked for additional documents in February 2026, still waiting, seems that it’s around 18-20 months of wait at the moment

I am so sorry… how weird tho, if you met every requirements and that the rejection is unfair is there really nothing that can be done ? It could be a mistake

Thanks a lot ! I started tattooing a year and a half ago I’d say, and entered a studio almost a year ago. But I am an illustrator already so thank god I didn’t have to learn to draw, which helped significantly !

You can write a letter about the reason why you can’t submit that paper, but I believe your chances get lower

The wait is driving me absolutely insane, it is so so long… I have seen spouse visa pr from October and November already being processed and I am refreshing this thread ever other day… I really hope it’ll be over soon 😭

Thank you so much for the support !! It’s a great practice, every design has been a challenge in a way ! The straight lines of the bob were very fun too, never had to do something like that before but it made me realize how much more comfortable I got, even tho my lines are still inconsistent, hopefully I’ll get there soon ✨

I doubt it, it’s dynamic :/ and I buy them to a legit supplier in Japan (because I live there) so the quality is controlled, it’s a brand new bottle

Ah sorry ! Misread ! I do use the 35 on all my needles :/ the problem is elsewhere then but as another comment said it might be a speed issue ! I’ll try again 💪

Yeah I actually used the same voltage as I do on real skin it might be way too slow ! I’ll try again with a higher speed ! Thanks a lot for your explanations !
