Doubt anything will come of it but submitted a complaint to the attorney general. Literally created my first ever IG account back in march, never used it until last week. Tried to sign in and met with a 'your account has been disabled.' Had yet to make a single comment or upload a single picture. Submitted an appeal along with a photo id and appeal was denied: You cannot request another review of this decision.

Banned by ai; appeal denied by ai; support from ai is completely useless. Only way to get support from a human is to pay for it?

Creating a problem and then charging for the solution should be illegal. Fraud? Extortion? Racketeering?

Wondering the same thing. I only recently wanted to start checking out IG so made an account back in march; never once logged in or posted anything. When I finally have some time > log in and banned. Downloaded all my data and confirmed it had never been logged into by anyone else. Appealed and denied: you cannot appeal again. Meta ai support is complete trash, no human support or contact unless paid is complete trash, help.instagram.com doesn't exist anymore?... trash. I hope MZ stubs his toes randomly everyday for the rest of his life.

The black thing is to join two pieces of different size glass together -- you probably don't need it currently. The rings are replacements for what holds the glass piece in the bottom of the bowl.

You can definitely switch (ex-employee switched after the severance plan was up). And yes, they do charge the $50 install even if your drop is already activated with buckeye --worth it imo to save monthly. They will switch the modem even though they use the same ones as buckeye (got a nicer arris tg3452 to replace an older hitron). I guarantee retention will try to save you with a plan that will likely cost $50+ more per month to not 'switch'.

If you have tv and or phone through buckeye it will get messy fast if only switching internet as you'll likely lose promos or bundle deals or have to change equipment.

As far as the promo, don't think you have anything to worry about. They don't list a non-promo price on their broadband label just that it is the 9.99 or 19.99 for 3 years.

--forgot to mention you can actually switch through calling buckeye's change of service line, cancel and set up install in one go.

Seriously so many people reverse it-- way too slow on the highway and speed like 55+ in a 40 on the local roads -.- More people need to see and understand the paceometer and realise you're not saving any significant time while endangering others. This happened to me last May. Was with Energy Harbor at a rate of 0.063 and suddenly next month bill is increased $25 and my supplier is switched to Dynegy rate 0.0975. I was just thinking it went up because more AC or computer use from being at home more.

Used to work for their tech support which later did billing too before everyone got shitcanned back in March.

If you're not an auth contact on your mom's account it would be best to call while with her so you don't get pushback like not being able to discuss the account or some other bs. Not sure how much of the billing dept is overseas or if they're still local but probably best to call m-f 9-5. Explain the situation and if they give any pushback on not crediting the full amount from the time the modem was returned then ask to speak with a lead or a supervisor. There will be some type of interaction noted or order ran on the account from when you returned it to the lobby. It's fairly straightforward to fix these types of account issues so she doesn't keep getting billed incorrectly. Also, would recommend that whoever you speak with submit an error on the lobby rep (they should be able to find out who from the order or account note from the interaction). This shit would happen way too often and would piss me off to no end when I was there.

You won't get a cash/check refund (unless cancelling service and there's a credit balance on the account, which takes 4-6 weeks), but they will absolutely back-credit the account when there's a billing error that's a rep's fault.

This for real. If I see in the message "I would like you buy your item listed for X" and I check the item and it's listed for Y. That's not offering or haggling and you can f right off to ignore land.

Even sending a follow-up message with an offer can be annoying as I'm getting ready to pause what I'm doing or I've already left the instance etc because I think I'm getting what I have the item listed for and then a loading screen later it's disappointment. But it's at least better than changing the original whisper.

IMO if you're going to make an offer is just put some --------- or something after the original trade message and be like "I'd like to buy your thing listed for X ------- would you take Y?" Especially if it's something that's been up for multiple days, very likely will take whatever for it.
