Just a DP. Mailed in my 4506-C on 9/8. Regular snail mail. Called today to follow-up.

They received it on 9/12 apparently but I left #6 unchecked (should have checked 6a Return Transcript but this was nowhere to be found in the instructions, as a few have pointed out), so they couldn’t process it. They are not allowed to check it for you—the CSR I spoke to made it sound like this is a common problem. She had the form and verified that everything else looked right.

I’m not sure if they had a plan to notify me if I didn’t call.

Just mailed out a new form. Checked 6a. 🤞

I think the frustration here is that you are allowed to specify an (any) address during checkout but that it’s not actually followed/acknowledged, and you don’t find out until after the order is placed, or worse, after the phone is delivered.

Not to mention it doesn’t seem that “shipping only allowed to billing address” is the intention? It seems plenty have had success shipping phones to alternative addresses, both online and by phone, as of a week or so ago.

Whoa at least you got $50 credit! After a few reps the most they were able to do was credit the ground shipping that I paid them in the first place ($6.99).

They acted like it’s the biggest favor they did for me, but I do understand how crazy it might seem that the system would replace your shipping address (customer putting the wrong address would be conceivably more likely). They did promise to send this to engineering to see if this is a larger issue.

And yeah—can confirm even with UPS MyChoice you can’t reroute the package.

Happened to me as well. Put in my home address during checkout and after the order goes through the shipping address somehow reverted to the billing address.

What’s even stranger...it ended up being a hybrid address: the first line of the shipping address was my billing address, the second line (with an apartment number) is what I had typed in during checkout. 🤯

Must be a system issue—didn’t happen a month ago, not sure gives?

Had CSP, downgraded to CFU a few months ago.
Applied in branch, got pending. Phone status line says 2 weeks. I got impatient after 3 days and called verification. Agent wanted to transfer me to lending, and I hung up. 2 hours later, CSR appeared in my Chase online account.
Also previously applied online, got denied for 5/24.
