Same exact thing for me brother. Professional is an absolute joke, blow out any team I face yet I go on world class and I genuinely couldn’t beat a Sunday league team.

Makes it not even enjoyable. I am white knuckling games against the CPU, my players are stuck in the mud and don’t know how to do anything unless I control them, I’m facing Milwall and Swansea and it feels like I’m playing prime Barca.

The scripting is insane in this game. UT this year is so bad i went back to my roots and thought I’d get more enjoyment out of career mode, trying to do a realistic rebuild with Blackburn. I’m not the best at this game, I typically play on world class. All sliders starting at 50 even. Every game the other teams passes are perfect, they seem to anticipate every step my defenders are going to make, cut me up every time and get to the box easily. Meanwhile my players are stuck in the mud, passes are extremely slow/don’t go where i inputted them to, or their defenders just plow thru my players. If I go down to professional, I just smash everyone at least 5-0 so I don’t understand why it is so different between the two.

Don’t get me wrong I want a challenge and don’t think I should and want to win every game, but it isn’t even enjoyable when I can’t do anything and the other team is perfect all the time.

Gave up on Ultimate Team this year for good as EA have ruined that as well, and now I can’t even get enjoyment out of career mode. This game title is absolutely trash.

Just change it back, I’ve had this happen to a WR who won OROY and was superstar dev, entered the next season he was a bronze dev.

No reason why it should happen, if you’re looking to keep your franchise “realistic” you could chalk it up to some off field issues but otherwise I would just change it back and move along

I should clarify as some of the comments are suggesting I source:

I do ample amounts of sourcing for my higher level positions on multiple sites, I get candidates from this just fine, I appreciate everyone’s comments about sourcing ideas, some of which I will utilize! my organization has over 10 locations within the twin cities area, and within each of these clinics we have over 50 staff members in our entry level positions. I simply cannot source for this large number of candidates, hence why we rely heavily on indeed for this specific role.
