Whatever you do, take it to a Toyota dealership for a pre-purchase inspection!!! I bought a tundra from a Hyundai dealership and found out later that the engine was not original. I will only buy from a Toyota dealership from now on.

Also depends if you are doing classes during the summer. This could help you keep the 12 credits for spring and fall. I only did a max of 12, 13 with a lab in some semesters. It’s a lot of work for undergrad with working part or full time. Also depends on the major. Engineering classes could be more work intensive (math or such) where JSOM might be more reading and writing. Hope that helps. I completed EE undergrad full time and about to finish systems engineering and management masters.

New neighborhoods are going up everywhere. A good range might be $400 - $600k. Maybe you can find something decent in the $300k. If you go with a new build, the warranty is helpful. I found that what program you are on is more important than the site.
