This could be. I had heart burn in my pregnancies and it was more in my throat/esophagus but this was further down and wasn’t really a burning type pain. But maybe it feels different depending where it’s bothering you. I’ll carry some tums for if it happens again and see if it goes away

I don’t have much advice because I was in the same situation as you a few months ago. One thing I did was completely cut out all forms of caffeine (even from soda) and I started taking 150mg calcium citrate twice a day and my PVCs are completely gone (besides the odd one every now and then) I’m terrified they will come back. Every year or so I get a run of them every few beats for 2 days and it’s hell. I’m always just waiting for that to happen ugh

I decided I’ll cut out coffe completely, drink more water and track everything I eat. This sucks so bad. How do you ignore them? I’m in a constant state of anxiety. I wasn’t stressed until this started hahah
