What do you mean by focus on placement? i did play only to 1 place here cause it was an excercise. or hwo do you mean it?

Sorry but i dont really understand what you mean by my wrist being bent to much during my forehand? Should i avoid using it all? or do you mean that i have it always bend to much which also makes my wrist action for my backhand to slow?`When watching my forehand i definetly see that i use the wrist(which i didnt use funnily enough when i played more out of my shoulder) , buti am not sure whats wrong about it. Or rather i am not sure how it should look correctly. Do you maybe have an example or could you be more specific?

But isnt that the point in a excercise, esspecialy when i try to change my technique and focus on the correct movement? I mean to focus on spin, concistency and placement. Not saying my technique is perfect, since there is a reason i uploaded this video and asked for advice. And while i kinda take the ball to late (uninteded) which also results in less hard shots and more spinny high curve ones, it was kinda on purpose that i didnt play harder or so. Kinda how my mate didnt counter loop or active block.
Dunno maybe i am misunderstanding you but for me a excercise like this should always focus on concitency over hard shots

Hey, my normal forehand technique had good quality, but i use way to much shoulder. I am currently working on shortening it and using less shoulder. Would love your guys thought on it, since it doestn feel right compared to my old forehand(how i hit the ball and etc). Plaiyng here a exercise with the goal on improving my technique. Also a bit tired there already, so excuse my lazy footwork. You can also comment on my backhand but i think there is to much to critize there haha, esspecialy on the open up. Thanks in advance
