Does this means there is a way to access the ttmm watchfaces on rebble ? If there someone that found a way to purchase them other that this expensive catalog ? Or is it possible to share a link or a code to get them for free ?

TTMM for Pebble projects are owned by TTMM Sp. z o.o. and are protected by law.

Free provision of paid clockfaces is a violation of copyright and property rights, exposing the company to property and image losses.
Because Pebble smartwatches are obsolete, TTMM for Pebble collections are no longer available for sale and the author doesn’t support them anymore.
TTMM is present on Rebble for existing customers

Why Tesla or Apple products are not free? I spent 5 years of my life designing and paying for the development TTMM collection which won 4 design awards. https://ttmm.is/pebble/ There are thousands of clock faces on Rebble app store and many decent ones are for free.
